About

Hyeopjae Beach is adjacent to Hallim Park, west of Jeju City. It boasts a beautiful landscape where a white sandy beach mixed with crushed seashells, Biyangdo Island floating offshore, a cobalt-colored sea, and a lush pine forest harmoniously blend. Its shallow depth and gentle slope make it suitable for family beachgoers. The southwestern coast of this beach connects to Geumneung Beach, and locals sometimes refer to both beaches collectively as Hyeopjae Beach. The beach is equipped with various convenient facilities such as changing rooms, showers, rest areas, drinking fountains, and restrooms. Additionally, there is a dense pine forest around the beach where visitors can enjoy camping and forest bathing, and fresh seafood like abalone and conch are abundant. Nearby attractions include Hallim Park, Hyeopjaegul Cave, Myeongwoldae, Hwangnyongsa Temple, and Yeonggaksa Temple, allowing visitors to explore the surroundings along with swimming. The view of Biyangdo Island directly in front of the beach, combined with the clear, clean seawater, creates a beautiful scene, and the sunset viewed from here is also stunning. ◎ Travel Information to Experience the Charm of Hallyu There are the cool sound of waves, the emerald sea, and SEVENTEEN waving cheerfully on the black basalt next to the white sand. SEVENTEEN's song to their fans, CARAT, contains beautiful love. Hyeopjae Beach is shallow, making it suitable for those who cannot swim to enjoy water activities, and with palm trees, a pine forest, and grass nearby, it is also perfect for walks or camping.
