Starfield Library is a two-story space spanning 2,800㎡ (approximately 850 pyeong) in the center of COEX Mall. With a concept of a comfortable study, the soft glow from 13-meter-high bookshelves gently envelops the entire space, and various tables with power outlets are available for laptop work. The first floor, in particular, is designed as an independent space where visitors can relax and read while overlooking the sunken area of the basement floor. Starfield Library boasts a collection of approximately 70,000 books. It offers a diverse range of books across various fields such as humanities, economics, and practical hobbies, along with a foreign original book corner, a celebrity's library corner, and e-books accessible via iPad. Furthermore, a magazine-specialized corner featuring over 600 types of magazines, including international ones, is a unique advantage that sets Starfield Library apart from typical libraries. In addition, the library hosts a variety of book-themed cultural events, such as author talk shows where visitors can meet writers, poetry readings, lectures inviting intellectuals and prominent figures of our time, and book concerts accompanied by music.
