This is the pork BBQ spot featured in CORTIS's music video. Tucked into a residential street in Gochon, Gimpo (just outside Seoul), the restaurant recreates the atmosphere of Seoul's old Euljiro-district grill houses. Faded posters on the wall and silver ventilation ducts snaking across the ceiling — the scene from the MV, untouched.
The signature order is Dwaeji Han-geun — literally "one geun of pork," where geun is a traditional Korean unit of weight (about 600g). The set brings you five different cuts at once: samgyeop (belly), moksal (shoulder), dwitgogi (rear-leg cut), hangjeongsal (pork jowl), and galmaegisal (skirt meat). Order it, and you'll also receive a complimentary plate of grilled pork skin (kkeopdaegi) — the exact dish featured in the music video. Cooked over charcoal, it turns chewy and rich, a classic Korean drinking snack prized for its collagen.
One warning: as the pork skin heats up, trapped moisture and oil inside make it pop and jump off the grill — sometimes right at your face. Keep a little distance while it cooks. Locals wait for the moment with a grin.
About 20 minutes from Gimpo International Airport. Take the Gimpo Goldline just one stop from Gimpo Airport Station to Gochon Station; a bus takes about the same time. The restaurant is right by Gochon Station (Exits 1 or 2), making it one of the rare places near Seoul where you can experience genuine old-school Korean grill culture without making the trip to Euljiro itself.
